This is what I would consider the "final" version of this deck, until the Kitara cycle (if it continues to remain relevant). My obscenely high win ratio is primarily due to the fact that this deck continues to not permeate the meta in a meaningful way, because this deck's biggest weakness is tech+optimal play (I mean, that's always an uphill battle, but we don't have too many tricks up our sleeves against a savvy runner).

Cerebral Overwriters remain in the deck for runners who we can't consistantly double their economy, they will need to eat a CO at least once, in order to threaten the kill. You might get a scrappy score out and win, but it will be mostly luck,

ELP was replaced with Scarcity of Resources for a few reasons. One, is that it is more effective in more games, where ELP might tax a few clicks, Scarcity is more likely to outpace that from a pure tempo point of view. Exacerbated by Scarcity of Resources, I've found runners to more reliably run my remotes (which USUALLY is either a CO or I have the kill in hand).

Utopia Shard went in because I wasn't rezzing enough ICE for 3x PriReq to be meaningful. In general, you could get away with playing 7 of the worst agendas in Netrunner, but why make a big show of it (I''m looking at you Hot Tubs). None of these agendas really win/lose games, but Hades and Elective Upgrade I would say are definitely on brand for this deck.

ICE can vary heavily, depending on if you expect a CI meta or not. Since I do, I play all chewy ICE, rather than MG and Loki, it is purely a meta call, all my ICE can be swapped out for different ICE--I think the numbers are right, but +/-1 based on your playstyle is totally fine.

This is not the "best" deck in Netrunner, but I think it deserves a place in the CI pantheon of options.
