The original design was to use Snoop, Invasion of Privacy and Data Hound to mess with the runner's tempo by sniping key cards, but this didn't work too well in practice.

It ended up as more of a tax deck. Playing Closed Accounts then rezzing City Surveillance is a pretty nasty combo. I have to stand up for Data Hound, which gets readily mocked on BGG, but which has been a real star. People will blithely run through it and let you kill early econ or breakers and slow up their stack.

While this looks sloppy (1 Psychographics and Beale?), it has won most of its games in my meta and it's nice to play something NBN that isn't Fast Advance.
