Basic premise is to get to the Jinteki ''end-game'' position as soon as possible by using the cheapest/most efficient rezcost:tax ICE available. Excalibur is a cheap roadblock (you put this on the scoring remote) that some runner decks have zero answers to, which wins you the game by itself usually. ICE suite was designed to be less sad against Parasite, thus the lack of Komainu and only 1-of Tsurugi.

Everything else is normal Jinteki:RP goodstuff.
