Why Noise? You will mill 7-10 cards only with this setup. Maybe Kim, Reina or Whizzard will give you more pressure on the corp?

Before this deck, there was a Whizzard named "K.I.S.S". Opponents said "Why Whizzard ?" and my answer was "Why not ?" :)

MaxX, because of her mecanics, can't fuel a combo with efficiency. She would be the best of the anarch runner but she's unreliable. This deck relies on a 3 cards combo (Joshua - QianJu -Adjusted, to gain a clic, and Rachel, to gain another one). You also can't say wih MaxX you WILL draw his or this card, so she's eliminated.

Ability to multi click is usefull more in some Anarch ID than in other. For exemple with Anarch, having those 6 clics a turn doesn't change a thing to your 3c per turn with Whizzard.

Reina, Edward, Quetzal trigger once per turn.

So it leaves Valencia and Noise.

This is a 45 card deck. I won't put 3x Blackmail and pretend this is a Valencia deck, so all is left is Noise :/

I just made a choice, the one to rather have 7-10 somehow free accesses than other anarch's abilities. If you look the deck, it's a classic attrition toolbox deck, clic extensive, with means to attack the hand, the R&D, Archives and some remote locking ability (no day job here : full credit turn means +12c).

It's medium-slow, need some install, so if the corp let a flaw in her defense, you can insist (a little) on it to make it swing. Better this than Whizzard.

(it doesn't mean you can't put Whizzard instead)
