Blue Sun that uses Building Blocks for Chiyashi or Border Control to make a strong remote and uses Timly Pulic Release to recur Border Control.

It didn‘t work because of Weyland problems. The remote is ok, but you just lose on the centrals. Also you don’t have the clicks for Bio Vault.
