Ken with the Stealth rig.

I thought he might be able to run stealth better than most since he has so much influence to throw around, but I didn't commit completely to the rig.

I still want some of his Run event versitilty and that's where I'm waffling on. Committing all of his influence to stealth breakers and switching to RDI and HQI for accesses, or leaving it half and half.

So far it does okay, but I'm looking for more advice and feedback because it could be so much better.

I think Corroder > BlacKat after playing with the stealth rig for a little while.

I think your right as well. After playing a lot of Tenma with stealth the best thing about it was Switchblade.

Passport is as good as Refractor for Centrals and for one less influence you can run Gordian Blade.

It was a fun attempt but still needs more work. Switchblade is a definite powerhouse though.
