I like the main concept here, but there are definitely some things that could be more tight. Au Revoir x1 doesn't really do you much good. I would cut it altogether, as it is another type of deck. Replace it with some other econ. I like the Expert Schedule Analyzer, but with a lot of HQ Interface and such, it's a question of whether it's worth it, or not. It can be really strong early game imo, as you can see if it's worth running more on HQ. I'd like to see some more stuff that makes use of it, or makes it a better deal. Dobbelganger could be one. You make the Schedule Run, and if it looks juicy, you Dobbelganger into HQ again with all your interfaces. If not, you get a free run somewhere else.
Another thing to consider. If they have a barrier or end run sentry innermost, and something in front on their remote - you have absolutely no way to get in there. As soon as they figure that out, they will just install-advance-advance every Agenda they draw. At least include some sort of AI breaker to threaten the remotes, or rearrange your breaker suite to at least include general purpose Fractors.
You also have some slightly questionable comboes. Underworld Contact will only work when you have your 9 cost Toolbox in play. Otherwise it does nothing. Data Folding will rarely work, with all the programs you want to install. Rachel doesn't go well with Account Siphon.
Also: More econ!
But as a whole, I like the heavy HQ assault and I like you doing it on Fisk, that makes sense. Using Fisk Investment Seminar would also be a good option.
