Executive Boot Camp Is Really Good Guys

Disclaimer: I'm a dreamer.

So Executive Boot Camp folks. What a card. Use it to rez ice and get Foundry draws on your turn, which in turn strengthens Grail, NEXT ice, and Peak Efficiency. Rez and trash it in response to Legwork to make your hand larger, or just grab a Snare and punish them. Fetch a Levy (ugh) in emergencies on your turn to grab whatever ice you may need to start a Foundry chain. Grab an Edge of World and use it with Shell Corp to make your very own non-interactive Kati Jones.

The ice in this deck is dirt-cheap, which is important for using EBC and Foundry effectively. A lot of turns are just setup to build your incredibly fragile-but-modular glacier. With your identity, NEXT is really easily assembled, Grail always has 2+ subroutines, and IQ's power is always higher than its rez. You can really make a lot of decisions based on the runner to build the board that you need rather than the one you draw, which is nice. Boot Camp. of course, makes this possible should the runner be non-compliant.

The big ice might be a bit out-of-place and costly, but I like punishing the runner for making mistakes, and it improves a scored ABT immensely. My other questionable inclusion is Lag Time, which has usually cost the runner more than two credits to deal with it. Maybe Login Protocol is better and I'm a dummy.

Merlin's a cool dude, but his rez of 6 is lame. We probably aren't going to win by net damage anyways, sadly. Excalibur looks like a fun consideration in the future.

Initial issues with the list include a vulnerability with economy early game, and grail may be too cute. I'm pretty new to the game, so I'm interested in hearing opinions.

Looks great man, Im tweaking my foundry deck at the moment. Its a shame I want to love Merlin but the whole 6 net damage gimmick will never happen. Where as Trash a program and End the run are always a very real deterrent for the runner.

I like the use of lag time, I assume this is for parasite heavy matchups? Its the only reason I'm not comfortable yet with that matchup.

Try eli 1.0 I've been running x3 and its hilarious to have all 3 out so quickly on a key central, runner soon gives up with that idea. Had one runner parasiting all my eli's just so he could get in.
