Shaper really seems interesting do to its incredible ability to do unpredictable things. This deck concept is Startup only, and not surprisingly, really centers around hitting R&D with Conduit hard and often to pump up the virus counters. Then, when you suspect the corp is hording agendas, you toss out Legwork and odds are good you score some points.
The biggest problem this deck tries to overcome is the general slow pace of shaper. To combat that problem, Prognostic Q-Loop lets you look ahead in your draw, and often times set yourself up to install a program without spending a click. Pantograph similarly lets you install on agenda scoring, giving you a little bit of pace. Self-modifying code is critical to get you the breaker you need quickly and to get Conduit on the table early, and works amazingly with Overclock to install on the run.
The most important cards in the deck, though, are likely the two Harmony AR Therapy cards. With a 40 card deck, the ability to bring critical money generating cards back to flood your stack and increase your odds of getting that Sure Gamble really lets you continue to press the corp late game, even bringing back that Legwork again, making them spread the ice thin.
Finally, don't underestimate the value of the small money cards that help keep you afloat. Prepaid VoicePAD, Trickster Taka and even Bukgalter can do a lot to keep those costs down over time and let you do a lot of cheap runs. This all leads into Tao's core ability to move ice around to make the cheapest way into R&D (or maybe HQ for that Legwork) and continue to always be running.
