Unlike the deck of the week, this deck incorporates Midway's taxing nature with regular FA antics like SanSan and Astrotrain. I feel like in this particualr build License Acquisition is better than Breaking News, as it lets you revive Midways and SanSans (or even Jackson or DBS if you're in a pinch).
