[Startup] TS v0.4 - Shaper Dueling Deck For Beginners

This is a beginner-friendly Startup deck built to play head-to-head against my Haas-Bioroid beginner-friendly Startup deck. My goals for this deck were to:

1. Create a beginner-friendly deck that is more thematically interesting than the System Gateway Starter Runner deck
2. Keep the rig small to minimize the number of cards that need to be considered each click
3. Get experience building decks (I'm new to Netrunner)

Following is the best approach for playing this deck:

1. Build economy
2. Install icebreakers
3. Run remote server(s)
4. Run R&D

This strategy is described in more detail in Metropole Grid's excellent 7 Tips for Better Netrunner video.

Tāo's ability to swap pieces of ice is a key factor in setting yourself up to run R&D later in the game.

Because this deck is intended for beginners, cards with viruses and other counters have intentionally been excluded.
