NEH Turtlebacks/Team Sponsorship (35th 2015 Worlds)

5-3 at Worlds 2015

This is a fairly basic Team Sponsorship NEH, but I wanted to heavily change the ICE. The biggest inclusion is the 3 Archangel, my absolute favorite ICE out of D&D. This thing does a lot of unique things, allowing you to leverage the Turtlebacks Credits into board clearing and tempo. I was extremely happy with them all day.

Changes: +2 Making News, -2 Eli, -1 NAPD, +1 Some 2 Influence ICE (Architect 3?). I'm not certain on this set of changes, but I want to have more triggers for Team Sponsorship, and NAPD is weaker these days with Film Critic around.
