[Frankfurt30] Sunny and the Rachelrabbit

Part of a 30 deck collection for casual play (see https://boardgamegeek.com/thread/2224342/).

As the only mini-faction ID with her own breaker suite, Sunny gets along with very little influence splashes - Nexus is pretty damn strong as is, so there's little need for additional boosts. The only non-trivial card choices are Rachel Beckman and Windfall - the latter can be a substantial boost if you hit a Nexus or Rachel.
