You'll find Paperclip and Refractor to be better breakers in most situations, though if you tend to find yourself plowing through thick layers of ICE in your meta, Blackstone may be the better pick for you. Cyberfeeder isn't Stealth, so keep that in mind when considering if it warrants a spot in your list. Consider Dhegdheer over Netchip. If you choose to run Dhegdheer, consider giving Hyperdriver a gander. Generally, if running SMC, and especially if you're running Test Run as well, 3x Cloak is unnecessary. If running The Maker's Eye, you might consider Equivocation. If there's any Tag and Bag in your meta, Misdirection is, as always, a badass card easily tutored by your current suite.
Turning Wheel is good multi-access, and pairs well with Net. You can run HQ or R&D, break the first piece of ICE with a "Smoke" or Cloak credit, and then jack out giving both counters to use for later. If you think you can get away with this sort of play in your playgroup, consider Au Revoir (not saying it is good, just something to consider).
I notice you're running Daredevil and HQ Interface. Are you running Daredevil for the effect, or just the MU? If the latter, you might find The Gauntlet to fulfill your needs, giving you more deck space. :)
Hopefully this comes across as helpful, rather than nitpicky. I haven't quite pinned down my own vision of what I want in a "Smoke" list yet, so I thought I might share some insight. :)
