Blitzkrieg Bop

Hrapp 69

This deck is born from tweaking "I Prepaid For This Motherf***ing Event" by Akonnick to be a little bit closer to my play style. It's also changed a bit just from play testing. Akonnick's deck is really solid on it's own, so, be sure to check it out.

So, the main differences are that I threw in a Crypsis, a couple Datasuckers and some MemStrips to keep the data suckers and parasites from interfering with my rig. The Crypsis was mainly a knee jerk reaction to the Lotus Field problem, but I've found it also offers a good bit of utility in blitzing a server with a jackson or an agenda. It can also solve the Crisium Grid on R&D problem without having to wait for Parasite to tick down or Retrieval Runing out a Femme Fatale. I basically just cut whatever cards from Akonnick's deck I felt I could get away with.

The most recent change has been to add 2 card slots. I'm not a huge fan of decks that don't run minimum, but after hearing the argument for a 47 card MaxX deck, it was enough to convince me to try it and see how it goes. With those two cards, I was thinking that Joshua B. would be a good fit. Clearly he may be a dead draw against burn decks and tag storm decks, but otherwise at the very worst he costs me a credit, makes his install click back the next turn, and then gets geeked by the corp for a click and 2 credits. I can usually live with that trade off.

If I don't like him or don't end up using him, I'll give 2 Same Old Things a try in his place.

@Hrapp Appreciate the shout out and thanks for the write-up. I haven't played much against Crisium Grid yet in testing, but you raise a great point. Let me know if you feel like Crypsis ends up being a good solution to that and Lotus Field. Same with Joshua B. as I haven't tested, but agree that I feel like he'll end up being just a quick trade off since the effect he gives is so powerful that any Corp be better off taking two credits and trashing him. Have fun with the deck and let me know how your testing goes!
