Board Freeze 2.0

The changes to my original Board Freeze deck was -2 Peak Efficiency, -1 Mother Goddess, and -2 Corporate Troubleshooter for +2 Melange Mining Corp, +1 Cyberdex Virus Suite, and +2 IT Department. Peak Efficiency would too often a dead draw to me, not being worth it early game nor against Runners holding back their runs. Mother Goddess was worthless. It doesn't trigger The Foundry and doesn't help Grail ICE (most importantly it does not trigger The Foundry). For Corporate Troubleshooter, a strength booster is important. But I often found I didn't have the funds to support it (albeit with Melange, I may now have the money. The Cyberdex Virus Suite is an obvious include. These changes are still in testing, though I know Melange has proven very useful already.
