The only thing i don't like about red herrings is Film Critic. Now, weather they will actually play film critic against HB is another story... and maybe you don't care.

I am a huge fan of team sponsorship though, as it allows you to bring back your nasty upgrades (such as will-o-the-wisp, red herrings, ash, etc.). I would consider scrapping your green level and restructure for more team sponsorship.

Film Critic has me slightly worried as well. As far as my local meta goes, no one is playing it outside of shaper, although I'm fairly sure that the shapers that are running it will expect NAPD Contracts out of HB and throw it down. Making them spend the two clicks to take the agenda off film critic is still an ok tax though (especially if I can take out a breaker with Will o' at the same time). Hopefully it turns into a serious enough tax to let me score something else the next turn.
