fire every beta test

This deck is actually inspired by the fact that I want to have 2 corp decks but don't want to proxy NAPD contracts. Instead I decided to go all in on HB fast advance, complete with the Efficiency Committe/Shipment from SanSan combo. At a certain point I remembered all the cool toys from the SanSan cycle that make firing beta tests easier, so I stuck a bunch of those in.

My other hope is that people will initially think I'm playing a feed the clones deck and that my upgrade in my scoring server is ash/caprice and not get out clot when I install advance advance.
