Got a couple of requests on jinteki.net for the list but wanted to wait until after a tournament today. It's solid, getting a good win rate, and a heap of fun to play. It's tempo rather than prison - leveraging the ID ability to quickly create an economic gap with the runner.

Draw a lot using Moons and Arms Factory. There's a lot of capacity for keeping clear of bad pub if they trash arms factory thanks to Elizabeth Mills and Team Sponsorship. If you catch too much bad pub, you will lose.

The runner will likely struggle to keep up with your assets. If they try to, you'll often get a HHN Boom win.

If they decide not to keep up, shore up centrals and start dropping Urban Renewals to force the issue. It's quite easy to create nasty forks by jamming agendas the turn they are about to go off. They're easy to recur with Team Sponsorship.
