Game plan.

1. Put counters on every ices. Use Wall to Wall (WtW) for this. Tech Startup is there to insure you get it early.

2. Get rich. WtW will let you get cards and creds. Then Mass Commercialization (Mass Comm) will get you 10 to 20 creds.

3. Trash the Code Gate breaker. SDS Drone Deployment and Trojan Horse will help you there. Ark Lockdown will make use it does not come back. Since all ices are Code Gate, other breaker are useless.

4. Punitive the runner to oblivion. If the runner is (un)lucky enough to score the Government Takeover, the punitive will flatline the runner for sure. Otherwise, double Punitive (you have Consulting Visit for this).

5. Otherwise, score and win.

Trick of the deck.

1. Use Trojan Horse if you have Ark Lockdown or Consulting Visit in hand, to make sure it does not come back.

2. Disposable HQ is there to help you if your hand is getting full of useless card (like Government Takeover).

3. With an agenda density of 1 in 9, getting an agenda stolen (or scored) could take some time. This will let you setup the board.

4. There is a lot of creds and ices are credits taxing. This will create a credit differential in your favor to use Punitive.

5. If you have the choice, prioritize Punitive over Trojan Horse.
