You want to mulligan until you have a Power Shutdown. The first thing you want to do is ice up archives. Then Power Shutdown until you have forty-nine cards left (191 cards). Play as you normally would, except now you may enjoy the fact that your assets and upgrades all cost almost 200 credits to trash.

Wow dude, it seems pretty unfair of you to just tear down his like that without offering any sort of constructive feedback. Which cards do you think he needs to swap out? What should he put in? Personally, I'd swap out the Project Junebugs for Edge of Worlds. |

Including the first turn draw there is a 7% chance of Power Shutdown, according to the netrunnerbd.com handy dandy draw calculator. |
You know that you may only mulligan once, right? (And the stakes are very high that you wont see a power shutdown) Besides that it only takes the runner one single run on archives to make all your effort worthless - so why even bother?
