Vexation 130

Returning to the old idea of chakana-progenitor lock, from a shaper perspective. Possibly one of the very few non-suicidal designs that can play Akshara Sareen :)

Can try to swap Shrike for it, but Pipeline is such an inefficient sentry breaker :(

Besides, if you lock with VBGs, Source is overkill
