With Old Hollywood out now, I wanted to shy away from some of the old tricks and build a glacier deck with a new(ish) twist. Advance cosmic ice with your ID, Firmware Updates and Shipment From Kaguya, move advancements from rezzed ice around with Constellation Protocol and (if you must) Trick of Light. The idea is never to pay for cosmic ice, and to tax the runner to create scoring windows. Popup over centrals or Constellation Protocol remotes helps this. Getting Utopia Fragment scored basically gives you the game. Trick of Light can be used to fast advance anything that isn't a three pointer. Hollywood Renovation is the MVP here because advancing it behind cosmic ice actually makes it harder to steal (especially with Utopia scored). Once your cosmic ice is all rezzed, shift some advancement tokens to ice wall or shadow (which at strength 4+ will actually start firing). Reclamation is to pull back either Commercialization or Punitive Counterstrike, depending on which victory condition you go for.

Have you considered Oaktown Renovation over Project Atlas? It really helps to maintain your tempo while you try to score. Also, I'd imagine it's hard to get the money to win two Punitive Traces back to back. Seems like it would be really difficult to get a kill with this deck, so I might abandon that idea, or put in scorches instead. Maybe they'll end their turn with a tag from shadow? Seems more likely than a double punitive off of a 5/3.
