Actually this is a pretty tight deck for a rookie. Foxfire, the titular card, probably won't really see much play. There are no virtual connections really in vogue, at least in so much as would require a hard counter built into the deck. Link can be just as damaging bad publicity, but there's not enough trace in here for that to be the case in your deck.
Whirlpool is one of those cards that looks good on paper, but by the time you've got a full server set up and rezzed, if the runner is running it to begin with, they probably wouldn't be jacking out anyhow. And by extension, there is really no reason to be running cell portal, since whirlpool was the only thing preventing them from not just jacking out after it bumps them. I like Wall of thorns, but you probably won't want to rez 3 of them, but running 1 or maybe 2 could be okay.
I rarely see people playing Zaibatsu Loyalty, but truth be told its probably massively undervalued, especially with some new expose toys coming out for the runner pretty soon. It costs you nothing to rez, gives you a unique ability that no other faction or card has access to, has an alternate cost if youre reall in a pinch, and it costs them a 4 credit loss (since it cost you nothing to rez) for them to get rid of it. All in all, its a good card, and if you've got the deck space, I think its a smart card to run as a 1-off (more if expose becomes a little more common).
You have no economy cards, generally, you will want to be running 9-12 cards that get you credits, though you will have to mix and match till you get some that match your deck/playstyle. In general, operations are for burst economy, that is, surprise swings in your credit pool and/or immediate use at the expense of total gains. Asset economy, by contrast, will generally be more money in the long run, but will sometimes require protection (some cards, like PAD campaign, are generally left exposed since it will always be a net loss for the runner, even if they trash it immediately.
You probably want to play 49 cards as the corp, there are a few arguments against this (in particular, when there is a single card that is pivotal to the deck's play, you don't wat to overbloat the deck). In general though, 49 cards offers the most protection for your agendas (I also find 9 to be a bit light, 11-12 works pretty good for me)
Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, you are using none of your influence points. There is no real reason not to use it, its free money, dont leave it on the table.
I'll stop here, a lot you have to learn just through practice, but that should be a good starting point.
