General Strategy
Since this ID gives creds while advancing things, a Fast Advance strategy is not that costly, so I started from there. There isn't a lot of tag punishment in this format, so the alternative win condition is having the Punitives on HQ when the time is right.
Agenda Suite
Project Atlas and Above the Law could be blank and would fit perfectly the idea of the deck, but their abilities are pretty powerful too. Especially AtL since you don't have to overadvance it to activate.
Oaktown Renovation is there to give money in the early game, and to possibly FA it with 2 tools. At least is cheap that way.
SDS Drone Deployment are there for agenda density and the big targets for punitive. Also since there are no heap breakers on this format the effect is much more powerful.
Assets
Clearinghouse is there to press the runner, but is not much working. I haven't yet got a flatline out of it, but it's trash cost is enough tax on the runner for me.
Regolith Mining License is one of the econ cards of the deck, pretty good imo. better used at the start of your turn to get most out of it, and potentially empty it the next turn.
Operations
Trick of Light, Biotic Labor and Archived Memories form one of the win conditions, to FA 7 score points. This eliminates the necessity to actually have an scoring remote, but making the Runner go for it helps to keep the pressure on their creds.
Punitive Counterstrike is another win condition, and as it is I go for a full set. Most of the times you would need 2 to actually flatline the runner. Archived Memories works for that too.
Upgrade
Malapert Data Vault makes me feel like Titan
ICE
Akhnet does everything you try to acomplish with this deck. I love it. Pharos can be very taxing for the runner but it costs a lot of credits, so I only got one. Ice Wall is cheap ETR that can be used to rush or to protect Archives from someone with run effects on that server.
Afshar is great value to defend HQ, potentially costing a lot of credits to the runner. Hortum is the only AI hate, but it is included to work with the ID and Trick of Light mostly.
Finally, Colossus is a powerful porous ICE that is both slow and costly, but it can affect the runner economy if installed right. Tithe is just there to mess up the Punitive math, to menace rush early. It is cheap and I like it.
Final Thoughts
I like this deck but it lacks proper tag punishment. When it transitions to Standard it will probably be a lot stronger. Any feedback is welcome.
Thanks for reading!
