Core + TA Noise

A Noise deck using the Core set and Trace Amounts only (per request). This deck is designed to set up as quickly as possible, using Special Order and Djinn to pull your programs. Once you're set up, your goal is to hammer HQ as much as possible, draining the Corp's credits and filling up your own coffers. Then you turn around and use that cash to plow through R&D looking for secret agendas.
