This was my second place Wizard's Chest 2015 (Denver, CO) Store Championship deck. It went 3-2 in 5 rounds - both losses were flatlines. One from a HB:CI Scorched Earth deck and another from a Jinteki: PE kill deck.
It managed to pull out a win against a massive Blue Sun Glacier deck - I'm still not sure how I did that - coming back from being down 4-0 on agenda pts and all kinds of rezzed ICE.
It's not too different (I think) from other Leela decks I've seen (which isn't many). The Scavenge is there to reset either Rex or Femme. It's also helped get back both Corroders discarded through damage. The Event is really useful to get rid of Enhanced Login Protocols but I've found its play is a tipping point where the corp just has to try to score an agenda - which then lets her work (and with Logos it's especially mean).
I love the tempo of the games I play with her. With Logos she can be reactive but with her ability she can also provoke. I think she might be the hardest runner for corp's to score out on once their just a little behind. Of course she can be flatlined, but if that's not an option the Corp will have a tough road ahead.
