Once upon a time, Whizzard sat upon a throne of food wrappers.
Depressed and alone, he turned his fedora tipped head to cyberspace. Perhaps here, he could construct a girlfriend who would listen to him; a girl who wouldn't mind his sometimes antiquated views of a woman's place. It was here Andromeda found the mountain of a man - nearly ready to burst. Some have called what happened next a more gender inverted "My Fair Lady."
Whizzard, Master Gamer has been hailed by some as Andromeda's first step toward stardom. Her ability to take this sad, depressed little man and make him into a nearly lean gaming machine hearkens back to a simpler time when simply playing a game was more than just an activity, it was a lifestyle.
But all things must end and Whizzard, strong as he is, has his Achilles-like weakness.
It started with the announcement of the end of hunger: Digital Food for all. Jack Weyland (some say after being jilted by Andromeda) offered a sponsorship to the reformed Whizzard. Coated with money, he began to concoct a series of programs that would allow him to turn the Weyland's foodstuff on its head. Jack Weyland however, was not about accept this fedora tip.
Cyberspace, that digital realm filled with the promise of humanity, changed forever when the Weyland protocol changed all ice into an addictive, carb loaded experience. The day Whizzard turned his Eater on Weyland was the day Jack had his revenge.
Weight loss is not as permanent as brain damage, but it is twice as effective since the runner always remembers how they used to look.

I played four games last night with my list going 2+2 so not bad. I've tweaked it since but I found Gravedigger to be a great include for Whizzard, good luck :) |
You may want to check out Gravedigger as it synergises really well with Whizzard's ability and cutlery events. I've got a deck that runs it to good effect.
