A slightly modified version of Baa's Alarmed and unharmed Ari for the Austrian nats, where I went undefeated with it in swiss, but missed the top cut because of horrible corp play.
I did some changes both to fit my preferences and to better fare against asset spam kill decks which I previously had some problems with:
-1 Q-loop -1 Nuka -1 Coalescence +1 Hannah +1 Bahia +1 Paricia: I feel really guilty about cutting a Q-loop, but I really felt the need for Hannah in quite a bit of my games. I refuse to cut alarm clock, because the utility it bring in allowing you to clicklessly do your Ari install if the furthermost HQ ice is just ETR and the shenanigans it allows with DJ Sable and Pichação on deep dive turns are what gives me life. The lower reliability of getting Q-loop is sad though.
Hannah feels absolutely amazing in Ari, as clickless running is always a treat and it is yet another source of extra clicks for Deep Dive turns.
Paricia just feels like a nice recurring virtual-econ against assets and a fine Aesop's fodder in other matchups. It does a similar thing as coalescence if you squint hard enough and is also free, so easier to install.
I added Bahia mostly as a temporary filler for the 1 influence I was left with after cutting Q-loop and I don't really know yet how I feel about it. Its click compression feels nice in Ari, but I wouldn't say I am 100% sure I'll keep it in.
I cut Nuka for slots, as she felt a tad slow in some matchups, but I am realy feeling the lack of draw in others. She will probably go back, in the future.
Shoutout to Baa Ram Wu for building the original flippy Ari deck and it's iterations, because it absolutely made me fall in love with Ari after mostly playing Crim as a new-ish player.
Also shoutout to all the wonderful players at Austrian nats, the day was a blast and a ton of fun!
