I started playing Netrunner in 2012, upon it's release at GenCon. I was one of the lucky guys at the front of the line who had cash and was able to just buy his cores and bail. I spent most of the con learning and tweaking the decks before I played in the Icebreaker event. (I did terribly.) But I obsessed over the game for the next few years, taking down the St Louis Regional in 2013 and missing the top 32 at worlds by 1 prestige. During that time I ran the CrashSpace podcast. In 2014, my son was born and I knew I couldn't dedicate the same amount of time to Netrunner that I had been, and decided to Jack Out. During that time I played Doomtown, and did a podcast about it called the Gomorra Gazette, that eventually turned into a tabletop game company called Pine Box Entertainment, comprised of Doomtown fans to keep the game running in an official capacity. I finally have the time again to play Netrunner and have been diving back in. I no longer have my original collection, other than my tokens. So I'm starting with Start Up and Expanding.
