Publishing this while it's still legal, because Peddler, Datasucker, Armitage and Medium are about to rotate.

Main difference between this "red hat" and the previous "grey hat" list is Medium as the main win condition, which forces some shifting around in , deck slots and influence spread.

The deck turned out to be incredible strong in testing (~75% win rate in JNet casual lobby) and fun to play.
