This deck was made for the Current Format we use in Santiago, Chile. The legal cards are the ones in the core and deluxes, plus the last two cycles (we haven't got Dedalus Complex yet).

Door to door and Aryabatha Tech are the two most important cards of this deck. The idea is to constantly trace the runner, make them lose credits and maybe recover some of what you spent. If you get them to 0, it's very difficult for them to come back up, and you can use observe and destroy and hatchet job to make their lives miserable by sniping their economy away.

In a meta without Wizzard, asset trashing while paying for traces every other turn becomes very complicated.

I've been playing with a similar deck, and I highly recommend Consulting Visit. You need that Door to Door, and a couple of extras never hurt.

While I agree that it gives the deck more consistency, and it was the first incarnation of the deck, it did nothing form me sometimes, and I kept wishing I had included a boom. So I swapped them for booms.
