[Startup] All is Herming Back, Ever Back; Tāoing as One

A very standard build of Hermes Tāo; make money, rig up, go steal agendas and screw with ice placement. This was the variant I played at the Strike Fund event which is mildly teched for BtL with two Smartware Distributor; equally useful against decks that lack particularly proactive game plans.

I only played two games with it due to having to arrive late, but I did win both of them, so make of that what you will.
