Building a Richer world

Not picking, just feedback: You've got tons of money, but are running very cheap ice, which defeats the purpose. Why not Hadrian's Wall or anything really big? And you'll never scorch the runner because you have no way to give a direct tag, and no draw to speak of to find your two scorched, which you will need both even if they don't have a plascrete. Oversight AI is utterly wasted (except against blackmail,maybe that's why it's there?), as you have more than enough money to rez every piece of ice in your deck. Melange is just overkill.

I suggest you take out Melange and Paper Wall, Eli and Green Level. Replace with Restructures, Jackson Howard for draw, a couple of Sea Source, and add some fat barriers. And rearrange your Agendas to give you at least one more one point agenda for Archer...you have two but you don't want to be sacrificing a 2-point when you can't find your HT.

What do you think if I take out 2 Elis, 2 Melange and add 2 jackson and 2 Hadrian's Wall, i dont own What Lies Ahead,Second Thoughts, True colors, and Fear and Loathing yet, so I cant play Restructure (wich I would). I was thinking about getting out the Data Ravens for 2 Sea Source instead.

Also I use the Oversight AI to rez Archer (so i have at least 4 cards I could use to rez it, and with Corporate Troubleshooter splash I would surprise the runner) or tollbooth, with this change i would use it to rez Hadrian's Wall too if needed, i could take out a Corporate War and Add 1 Hostile and 1 Posted Bounty instead.

Yep pretty much the perfect changes, though I'd still lose the paper walls for something like Caduecus, Bastion Chimeras. The ONLY advantage to paper wall is it's free, and you don't care about free. You're right about Oversight and Archer, and with pure blackmail being a thing it may save your bacon, and as such you could go either way with the agendas. Two more minor suggestions. Up the Scorched to 3 (I'd lose Cyberdex or a power shutdown). This is my own opinion and doesn't seem to popular, but Power Grid Overload is better than PS, IMO, as it lets you kill a plascrete.

You might also consider dropping that viper and/or roto to put in archived memories. Then you'll have all the pieces to the mega-combo.
