Nana-nana-nana-nana KATMAN! Where would Katman be without her trusty Katarang? BIFF! Wotan is down. KRAK! There goes Janus. POW! See you later, Curtain Wall.
This is a wholly untested idea: Katman deck with Grappling Hook and e3 Feedback Implants to get anywhere for ridiculously cheap. This started as a pure Grappling Hook deck, with Grappling Hook and e3 murdering taxing ICE, but single-sub ICE becomes a big problem. Thus we use the Katman archetype for reliability and to cut through low-strength ice. Huge recursion, reliable income from Mopus, tons of tutoring, and everything is pretty cheap. Yeap, I'm excited to play this deck.

It started out as CT, but I liked the idea of getting Kate's install bonus. I prefer playing CT on the whole, though. I also agree about Wraparound-- I was thinking about the high end of the scale, not the low one, so Inti is a must-add. You're right, MU is tight with Magnum Opus. Maybe knock out one Magnum Opus for another Mem Chip? I tend to tutor up Mopus right at the start so fewer copies is probably okay for my play style. |

I think you could afford to pull a copy of Mopus for another mem chip. Modded confuses me here. It doesn't work well with either clone chip or SMC, which I assume you use a lot to pull out things mid run. I'd just replace it with some more econ. Daily casts is always nice or dirty laundry since Katman decks want to run a lot. |

Modded is for Mopus and all the hardware, SMC and Clone Chip are for Grappling through surprises, and speed things up when necessary. I don't feel the need for Daily Casts, and Dirty Laundry is in the deck already. |
First thought: I'd include Inti or Snowball for Wraparound and Ice Wall, just to save on sucker tokens for the latter. I'm also a little concerned about MU usage, even with 2 CSMCs.
Other than that, I love the idea of Grappling Hook/e3 shenanigans. I could also see the deck working in Chaos Theory for even more consistent drawing power. Any thoughts on that identity?
