The idea here is get Faust and Desperado out immediately and trash whatever to start running right away. The 40 card (41 in this case, though there is definitely some tightening up that can be done) really helps you get the main two cards you want right away (Desperado and Faust) and if you get a Sure Gamble that's just gravy. Desperado is the main money here, but you end up not needing much money for a lot of the game. Use the Clone Chips to get your regular breakers back for mid game/late game just to finish up if necessary.
The Levy's are actually more for filling hand back up to 5 than recycling heap, but serve double duty as necessary.
Mulligan if Faust isn't in your opening hand. Try and get Collective Consciousness on Leprechaun. Run early and often to get money with Desperado.
I have been VERY surprised at how this deck has performed so far, but I have only played 3 games so far, and I am pretty new, and the people I have played are even newer, but it is overwhelming in its aggression. I haven't faced Jinteki yet, and I think I probably want to fit in a feedback filter somewhere if I end up facing them, but this deck is fast and furious and fun so I thought I would put it out there.
Like I said, its very much a first draft, but wow, it is kind of crazy fast and aggressive.

You may also want to look into brainchip > desperado when that comes out. Might make it worth running game day without crippling yourself with something like Beach Party; but desperado of course gives better tempo. |

Collective Conscience is still awesome, I am loving that card in this deck! John Masanori is an interesting one to add, I never think of him because the card kind of reminds me of a creepy guy I used to work with, but I might have to get over that. I'm not looking at anything until it comes out, but it will be hard to replace Desperado - with how much this deck has been relying on the passive income just from running, I would have to find some way to replace that income. You've definitely given me some stuff to think about though, thanks! |
I love me some sahasrara, but I'm not convinced you're doing enough to want it here, or you're not into it enough; one of the two. I might be wrong. 3 Levy is probably too much, I don't think you'll go through the deck that many times. I also think The Helpful AI is probably not needed.
Cards that seem absent: - John Masanori (I assume your runs are often successful) - Self Modifying Code #3. - Potentially Earthrise Hotel
If you did 1x Faust, or 2x Faust, you could also squeeze in a legwork. Digging the collective consciousness.
