The plan here is reasonably simple - leverage cheap, early ETR ICE and some powerful taxing remote ICE to score out your agendas as early as possible.
Firmware Updates and Mark Yale provide midgame restock on credits, and Crisium and Wraparound provide some resilience to Siphon in an Eater/Keyhole strategy, which is otherwise a problem for light ICE on centrals.
Ash and CT help to score agendas through remotes in the mid-lategame which was a problem for the 1.0 iteration.

I'd consider heading into larger ICE such as Tollbooth, but then I would probably rather play HB with the card pool the way it is - there really isn't that much to attract me to this style of deck at the moment in Weyland. I'm still retooling a bit in the not-too-distant-future. The deck feels very vanilla without a Scorched Earth plan. I think I'll have to add that in to justify playing Titan, which is a bit annoying. While the deck is good and consistent enough, it just lacks a bit of raw power that you find in other decks. Keep your eyes peeled for V3 - it's probably going to look pretty different to this. |
You dropped Inazuma and added Ash and CT -- would you add Inazuma back in if Weyland had a useful defensive upgrade? Did you get to try Inazuma out much?
