Love the idea of Building Blocks not as a Blue Sun money card, but as a way to get big ICE out for cheap. I've never really considered doing it in Jemison, but I dig it.

I am not totally convinced of it, especially as 3 of Building Blocks and Chiyashi. Malapert Data Vault is a surprising good tutor in Jemision. It could tutor for the missing part and there would be same card slots for cheaper ICE and easier economy.

In the Lockdown tournament I got lucky with this deck, except for one lose on 3 RnD accesses in turn 1.
