I took this list to America's Online District and it carried me into the cut, going 3-1 in Swiss and unfortunately dropped a close game against Alpi in the first round of Single Elimination, 5-5 on the final turn and still snagging random accesses from R&D. Both losses were to similar flavors of rush Ob with Holoman, which is probably the worst matchup for the deck but hardly a blowout.
Last minute decided to go up to 2 copies each of Manuel and Eru and it turned out to be an amazing choice. In most games I was able to pressure all three centrals by turn 4-5. Other Seb lists omit Eru all together but I wouldn't recommend going to less than 1. Splitting the corps defenses is crucial to getting you those cheap accesses.
Class Act as a one of is hit or miss but it can do some incredible things with Lago. I prefer it to Dr. Nukas in the influence slot since you can get full Seb value on the install but the trade off is that you have to click to draw quite a bit. I try hard to keep all my decks to a tight minimum decksize but I think there could be an argument to toss in 3 copies of Moshing and ship that, just to find the right pieces faster. You're definitely vulnerable to some brick draws.
It's definitely not as consistent as some of the best Hoshiko/Lat/Sable decks, but when you high roll it can really take over a game. Try it out if you like flying close to the sun and doing it in style.
