Starlight or Broke

So I decided to make a deck using a "bad-johnny card" just to see if it will work... That's right folks, one of the laughing stocks of the Spin cycle!.

In this case I picked Andy just because you're very much bound to find a draw with the things you need to get started and so far I love the criminal double events best.

Starlight combos with: 3x Hostage, 3x Lawyer Up, 3x Lucky Find, 3x Planned Assault. The object is to start with one in hand to help you get rid of other good doubles and maybe even hostage for a single click and 2 credits an Aesops to get back to real business the next turn if you don't have more useful doubles in your hand by then.

I know it's odd or maybe ballsy to try and play without Plascretes but I just couldn't find a way to make them fit despite the "tag-me" cards like siphon, masanori and vamp.

In this case you just want to MURDER the corp's income and keep them broke while getting fast draws/mitigating tags with lawyer up and using Vamp and Recurring Siphons galore.
