[Startup] Fast Advance BtL

This is a pretty straightforward deck.

• Don't make a remote*
• Ice up centrals
• Advance that ice
• Shuffle the big gendies away
• Score the small gendies straight from hand!

That's basically it! Isaac Liberdade helps make your ice even tougher to get past, Crisium Grid protects against getting stabbed, and everything else is either money, ice, or cards that help you score.

*The one 'trick' this deck has is Holo Man - you can't move HM into an empty remote, but you _can_ install a piece of ice to start a remote, install HM onto a well-defended central server, and _then_ move into that remote and score a 3/2 from it next turn. It will almost certainly get trashed by the runner straight after, and it's expensive compared to Trick of Light, so better to save it for an emergency than throw it out early.
