Event Kate 1.1

This is my take on an event driver Kate deck. The idea is that between all of the events/same old thing, SMC, and Clone Chip you can be very unpredictable and hopefully come up with solutions to get anywhere you need to be. Throw in indexing for a reliable method of attacking the centrals and you got this deck.

Also I know its strange that I don’t have test run or scavenging in the deck to “trick” out the feme (the one card that seems to end up installed in every game) but honestly when I need to install the feme I never seem to have trouble coming up with the creds.
