I like the idea of your deck.
Anyone trying to make Kit a thing is ok with me.
However, I could see you running into some Memory issues. granted if you get the mem chips out all is good, but that is a lot of digging to get what you need out to be set up. This will always be hard with Keyhole and Paintbrush.
Also, I think Indexing might be better over Makers Eye or a mix of the two, because Jinteki might be more popular for a while. That being said with Keyhole you are usually keyholing and not digging R&D with events.
That is my 2 cents there.
However, working with a friend we took the idea for your deck and spruced it up a bit. Balancing it out a bit more without Keyhole included and making it were you could battering RAM multi sub ICE with Morning Star after painting it Barrier. That deck is below.
