As long as new data packs come out with new programs, the time of the Professor gets nearer... The deck is not fast, but has a lot of answers and can tutor them.
The Rig choice was decided by 1. New stuff! 2. cloud = more other programs when you get toolbox endless hunger as a surprise support, can get you inside almost anything...
double harbinger to get money from aesop and freelance coding contract. This is an extreme version of the deck, with 30 programs, to maximize the ID bonus. could add events/resources down to maybe 20-25 programs.
When you build your board, you will easily install programs for free just to break them with aesop next turn.
