First pass of a Zwicky Group rush deck. Jam 4/2s behind gearchecks and use your money to draw into Measured Response. Lockdowns make stealing annoying. Transport Monopoly is obviously less-than-deal, hopefully W gets decent agendas but we shall see. Ballista is just to have a sentry idk if it's too expensive (Tithe?)
