A Bad Villain

This is the Moriarty deck that you may have seen recently, but I didn't have extra copies of Rashida Jaheem, so I replaced them with an Executive Search Firm, and two Mumbad City Hall—which I realised was restricted as I was writing it on my decklists. Ended up porting in an Enigma and a Preemptive Action. I think the extra Ice came up one game, but most of my games ended up with plenty of resources left.

Deck is great, might continue to play it going forward.
