Engolo Hoshiko (1st at Frankfurt CO)

Who really knows what the best influence spend is in Anarch? Engolo was sometimes great, sometimes awkward, and the MU situation is a bit too close for comfort. But the core of reg Anarch is so good it didn’t seem to matter too much.
