Mad Kim

This is the third iteration of my Ed Kim deck I've been playing. Originating as a silly sage + overmind deck with folding + UWC supplier + daily casts econ, moving to more active economy and real breakers to enable lots of hard hitting runs.

I wanted to shy away from actually using DS and parasite to see if a build can be made viable by stuffing in econ. The advantage is that all you need to succeed is money (pumpable breakers that aren't woefully inefficient).

The draw power is insane, seeing almost your whole deck every game is great when all you draw is money. Theres a good deal of synergy with memstrips, and of course, with supplier. It takes a bit to get going, but can hit hard when you have 1-2 NA and 1-2 mediums installed.

So the point is money-money-money draw ... no shenanigans to defeat ICE and then hard hit with double Medium and double NA?

Pretty much. That's the best way I could think of to ensure repeat runs, meaning repeat access. Overmind helps control remote score attempts, and brute force central attacks.

Very much a no frills, you just have to beat it type strategy. I just also love all the draw.

Does Hades make sense? I"ve been probably staring at Utopia in my deck for too long.

To flavor. I remain confident in getting enough accesses to kill scorched and sea source. Hades is a nice 7 cost event to get around wackojacko. Feel free to do Utopia, or even Feedback filter to improve your PE game.

If you're totally nuts, squeeze in deja vu, -2 zu -1 special order +1 gordian +2 lucky find. That was another variant I'm testing.

LF was what I was looking at in my setup. But I also wasn't running Supplier, which was something I really wanted to try. Memstrips rarely came down for me in most of my deck iterations because of cost issues. But I also run day job.
