Basically trying to flatline the runner. Less than 1 in 6 cards are agendas, almost 1 in 3 are ICE. A fairly large amount of burst econ.

If 1 Cleaners is scored then you can throw down 2 Dedicated Response Teams and a Snare and dare the runner to access them. Hit them with Punitive Counterstrikes if they do get an agenda, Posted Bounty and triple scorch, it's all about the flatline.
