Planogram Seamless Rush

This deck went 2-1 at York SC (due to my 241s being runner I didn't get to play it more). I didn't like La Costa much in the original deck and wanted to go fast, so I added three planogram and the third border control.

Deck felt strong-ish, NEXT activation was generally great. Lost to an Apoc Steve when I totally didn't prepare for the Apoc, and almost lost to Sunny due to Security Nexus making everything irrelevant.

Might add an MCA Austerity Policy (seen in another PD deck at the tournament, can't remember whose) in the place of Red Level, as I think that could be very useful to stop apoc, constrain clicks already hampered by Ikawah and Manegarm and potentially provide an alternate scoring condition.
